Package 1: User & Small Business

  1. Monthly remote checkups of workstations:
  2. Confirm all accessible Workstations are operational and current.
  3. Confirm Anti‐virus protection is current
  4. Clean for Spyware and Malware applications
  5. Monitor all accessible systems for hardware problems and plan for repairs or replacement as needed with cost estimates.
  6. Install workstation patches and critical updates as they are released.

 

Package 2: Small Business

  1. Monthly remote checkups of workstations:
  2. Confirm all accessible Workstations are operational and current.
  3. Confirm Anti‐virus protection is current
  4. Scan for and remove Spyware and Malware
  5. Monitor all accessible systems for hardware problems and plan for repairs or replacement as needed with cost estimates.
  6. Install workstation patches and critical updates as they are released.
  7. Remotely Configure users accounts as necessary.
  8. Remotely install or reload software on workstations as needed.

 

Package 3: Small Business Extended

 

1.            Monitoring and support for one server and workstations

2.            One day per month an onsite inspection of all equipment will be performed:

3.            Confirm all servers are operational and current.

      1. Confirm all Workstations are operational and current.
      2. Confirm all peripherals are operational and current.
      3. Confirm all Network appliances are operational (routers, switches, etc).
      4. Communicate with third party vendors as needed for version upgrades and tech support.
      5. Confirm Anti‐virus protection is current
      6. Scan for & remove Spyware and Malware

4.            Weekly remote monitoring of servers to confirm performance

5.            Remotely Install patches and critical updates as they are released.

6.            Remotely Configure users accounts as necessary

7.            Watch for hardware problems and plan for repairs or replacement as needed with cost estimates.
